Subscribe £20 a month (or more if you can) and get a KArd entitling you to an exclusive 10% off ANY pub bill you are paying.

Already a subscriber at £20 (or more) per month?  You’re all set up on the system — simply ask at the bar next time you’re in and collect your personal KArd. 

New subscriber? Your KArd will be issued shortly after your first payment reaches the pub’s account.

Have a Kings Arms card from a previous loyalty scheme?  Please use that card when you have an active subscription – it will become your KArd under the new scheme.  (Let us know if it is lost – we will replace it.)

As well as individually, you can subscribe as a couple and receive a joint KArd, but if you can afford to do so, we hope you will subscribe and have your own KArd.  

  Our Goal

The purpose is clear.  The scheme is unashamedly designed to underpin the Kings Arms finances whilst rewarding those who support the pub year round. A pub at the heart of the village helps our community thrive.

But please note that this is a trial scheme – and necessarily so. We need to see how it works, and we will be looking for feedback at an appropriate juncture in the months ahead.   We may need to tweak the rules and rewards on this new journey.

  Shareholders

Are you a hero Shareholder who has helped the pub through investment during its early years?  All Shareholders will be automatically entered into a monthly draw to win one of four £50 vouchers to spend on food in the pub.

Can we encourage you to support the pub in the present through subscription, building upon that platform of community goodwill and investment in which your contribution has been integral, and for some of you, unequivocally pivotal?

If you do, we’ll be rolling out a barrel of benefits for you… the KArd giving you that 10% discount on all food and drink bills paid AND access to occasional ‘hero’ offers, gifts and events!

How to Subscribe

We ask that you set up a standing order with your bank for the first day of the month.  You will have full control over your subscription, which you can amend or cancel at any time – you will always be in control.  Here is the detail you will need:

Reward KArd Terms & Conditions

By providing your personal details and using the KArd, you accept the following terms and conditions.

No KArd can be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of the Kings Arms KArd Scheme.  Only one KArd can be used in connection with any purchase.

The KArd must be presented by the named cardholder at the time of purchase.

Different KArd-holders may receive differing levels of discount or other benefits.

No particular level of discount or benefits are guaranteed. The Kings Arms reserve the right to vary the level of discount, or the other benefits offered to different KArd-holders, or to amend the Terms & Conditions or withdraw the KArd and / or the Scheme at its discretion, without any notification or reason.

No number of shares, nor level of donation or subscription entitles, as of right, any person to a KArd, nor any level of discount or other benefits.

No donation or subscription has any cashback or other monetary value at the Kings Arms.

The Kings Arms reserve the right to exclude certain product lines from any of its discount KArd schemes (e.g., payments for external goods or services, such as pizzas).

All Kings Arms KArds remain the property of the Kings Arms.

The Kings Arms cannot be held responsible for a lost or stolen KArd.  Lost or stolen KArds can be replaced for a nominal fee of £5, but not necessarily immediately or when seeking to pay for a purchase.

Personal information will be held on our database and may be used by the Kings Arms (or its successors) in connection with any donation, subscription, discount or other loyalty scheme operated by the Kings Arms (or its successors).

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but associated benefits will then also cease.
